Administration & Accounts Officer - Mackay Contract - Full-time About the Role Achieve Group is currently seeking an experienced, reliable and detail-oriented Administration & Accounts Officer to assist with a broad range of administrative, payroll, and finance-related tasks. This role is essential to ensuring accurate financial processing, compliance, and operational support within the business. Key Responsibilities Accounts Receivable processing Accounts Payable processing Payroll administration Driver Runsheet reconciliation Compliance administration and record keeping Monthly reconciliation of accounts Maintaining and updating the commitment register Preparation and support of weekly Profit & Loss reports Pallet stock control and reconciliation Skills & Experience Previous experience in an administrative or accounts support role Sound knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes Payroll experience (highly regarded) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Good organisational and time management skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Experience in transport, logistics, or a similar industry (desirable but not essential) Requirements Must be able to pass a National Police Check.
