We’re seeking a creative, driven, and hands-on Assistant Marketing Manager to support a dynamic portfolio of retail centres across the Sunshine Coast and Far North Queensland. We are open to candidates working on-site on the Sunshine Coast or in Brisbane at our Mango Hill office.
About The Role
You will be responsible for delivering vibrant marketing campaigns that increase foot traffic and create memorable shopper experiences. Your work will include digital strategies, in-centre events, and shaping the centres' identities while collaborating with retailers, agencies, and local communities.
Your Day-to-Day Might Include
* Implementing creative campaigns aligned with the centre’s marketing plan
* Managing budgets and ensuring marketing spend delivers strong ROI
* Reporting on event, activation, and digital initiative success
* Collaborating with retailers, customers, and community partners
* Driving social media strategies, content creation, and web updates
* Addressing challenges proactively and delivering results with pride and precision
What We’re Looking For
* A marketing degree or hands-on experience in retail marketing
* Confident communicator who enjoys engaging face-to-face with retailers and visiting centres
* Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-first approach
* Digital savvy, experienced with social media platforms and web content
* A creative mindset with a passion for events, storytelling, and customer experiences
