About the Role
This role is a key part of delivering exceptional member service to meet customer needs. It requires delivering high-quality service across various areas, including Consumer Lending Products, New Memberships & Services, Inbound/Outbound Calls, Branch Operations and Risk and Compliance.
Key responsibilities will include identifying customer needs through conversations, providing banking strategies to achieve customer goals, and delivering a memorable experience for our members.
