Position Description
This role is responsible for working in partnership with Finance & HR stakeholders to complete the accurate and efficient payroll processing. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Timely end to end weekly payroll processing
* Processing new starters, terminations and payroll adjustments
* Working & interpreting a number of EBA\'s and Award
* Processing work cover, superannuation and payroll tax
* Administer leave entitlements and payments
* Efficiently handling payroll related queries
* Additional tasks to assist the broader team
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will possess the following attributes, however will not be limited to:
* Prior experience within a similar Payroll position
* Capability and desire to work both autonomously as well as among a collaborative finance team
* Excellent communication skills and a reliable attitude
* Strong attention to detail and positive working approach
* Effective time management skills and ability to prioritise urgent work
* Ability to build relationships with internal staff members
