Lead Nurse Educator Role

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a comprehensive education strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives
* Deliver high-quality educational programs and materials that meet the needs of diverse learner groups
* Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver training resources and content
* Provide coaching and mentoring support to team members to enhance their learning and development
* Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to education and training
Requirements
* Minimum 12 months' experience as a nurse in Aged Care
* Current AHPRA registration
* Highly developed verbal and written communication skills across all levels of stakeholders
* Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
* Advanced skills in applications such as Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
* Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment
* Experience in a similar leadership or educator role
