Our diversity helps us provide the best support possible to carers, families, children and young people and all of our external stakeholders.A little about the roleYou will provide professional, comprehensive and flexible administrative services to support effective delivery of the work we do at Key Assets.· You will communicate appropriately with awide range of audiences via telephone, teams, email.· You will assist with the administration of the staff and carer training, internal and external events and programs including organising rooms or venues, and catering.· You will undertake general administration and reception duties including photocopying, filing, dealing with enquiries and liaising with suppliers and internal teamsThe base salary for this position is $66,025.96 - $72,038.20 /annum (based on 1.0FTE) + super + salary packaging options up to $15,900 per annum. This position is an ongoing permanent Full-Time role, 38 hrs per week.About you· You will have the ability to pivot from one thing to another at the drop of a hat – no two days are the same!More importantly, we have fun along the way.· You will enjoy being part of a team, reporting to and liaising with the amazing Kununurra team on a daily basis.· We would encourage you to provide recommendations for continuous improvement to systems, procedures and resolve issues or interruptions in a timely manner.My Key AssetsThe health and wellbeing of our people is at the core of our employee and client experience.
