**Responsibilities**:
- Organise orientation and induction for onboarding employees
- Help to faciliate the implementation and coordination of HRM software programs
- Create, maintain and manage employee files;
- Assist with the formulation of the relevant job descriptions of relevant positions
- Assist with quarterly company newsletter, including content creating and newsletter development
- Provide assistance to payroll for Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Japan and UK where required
- Conduct research on policies and guidelines and ensure that there is compliance to current legislation
- Ensure HRIS system is accurate and up to date;
- Run reporting and payroll analytics;
- Conduct audits and resolve discrepancies as required.
- Additional duties and responsibilites may be assigned from time to time
**What you need to suceed**:
- Full Australian working rights;
- Qualification in Human Resources is preferred;
- Previous recruitment experience is highly favourable;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Strong administration skills;
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
- A high standard of confidentiality and problem-solving is essential
