Senior Contracts Administrator Position
We are seeking an experienced professional to administer and oversee construction contracts in line with project goals and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and track expenditures, prepare financial reports, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts.
* Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to resolve disputes and negotiate favourable terms.
* Prepare and maintain detailed records including variations, progress claims, and contract correspondence.
* Assist with the preparation, issuing, and evaluation of tender documents.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5+ years of construction experience, with at least 3 years in a Senior CA role.
* Strong background on large-scale mid-tier commercial & residential projects.
* Proven leadership in contract management and budget oversight.
