About The Role
We are looking for a Labourer Operator to join the growing team on a casual basis. In this role, you will provide hands‐on support to the regional install teams in Townsville while assisting with day‐to‐day operations in the field. You will work closely with the team to ensure equipment, irrigation systems and general farm infrastructure are maintained, installed and operating efficiently.
Responsibilities
* Work flexibly across the rural irrigation sector, supporting a range of field projects.
* Perform in‐field excavation and install irrigation pipe systems and pump systems.
* Be prepared to work remotely throughout Queensland as needed.
* Demonstrate a positive, flexible, and proactive can‐do attitude in all tasks.
* Hold a valid truck licence.
* Operate excavators and trenchers.
* Previous irrigation knowledge or experience is highly advantageous.

This role would suit someone who enjoys working outdoors, is practical and reliable, and is willing to support the away teams where needed. There is potential for the role to become full‐time for the right candidate.
