Meagan Muir is Cannon Hill's Leading Agent for 8 years in a row! An exciting opportunity has now become available for a dedicated Team Admin Assistant to support her growing, high‐performing team! This is a pivotal, fast‐paced support role for a service superstar, ensuring the teams' day‐to‐day runs seamlessly while delivering exceptional client experiences. Ideally you will have real estate experience, you are highly organised, proactive, and process‐driven. This role requires a confident individual who thrives on accountability, structure, and achieving results. Day in the life:
* Manage and coordinate the team's calendar, day‐to‐day, and appointments to ensure efficiency and preparedness
* Keep the team accountable and on schedule – anticipating needs and staying one step ahead
* Oversee buyer enquiries, organise inspections, and ensure timely follow‐up
* Assist with open homes, private inspections, and Auction campaign coordination
* Liaise with clients, buyers, solicitors, and third parties with professionalism and confidence
* Maintain accurate CRM records and manage client databases
* Prepare pre‐listing kits, appraisal packs, and appointment materials
* Support the end‐to‐end listing to settlement process
What you will bring to the table:
* Previous real estate administration and agent support experience highly advantageous;
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Thrives in fast‐paced, high‐performance environments
* Proactive, solutions‐focused mindset
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills
* Valid QLD Driver's Licence
* Availability to work full‐time, where Saturday availability may be required
