Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Melbourne, VIC, for a Human Resources Assistant. The Human Resources Assistant will handle day-to-day HR tasks such as assisting with HR management, managing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), and administering employee benefits. The role also involves supporting training programs and ensuring compliance with company policies. The successful candidate will provide support in all HR functions, maintaining employee records, and handling inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications
* Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
* Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Benefits Administration
* Ability to support and facilitate Training programs
* Excellent organizational and administrative skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a collaborative environment
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
* Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
