1. To assist and support the Store Leader in managing day-to-day operations of the store.
2. To maintain high levels of customer service delivery, ensuring excellent customer experience at all times.
Responsibilities include: Assisting customers with queries, answering their questions, and providing solutions to resolve any issues that may arise during their visit. Ensuring prompt resolution of problems ensures that our reputation is maintained as an organisation committed to delivering quality products and exceptional experiences consistently.
The Assistant Manager plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth through effective management practices such as efficient resource allocation, inventory control measures like tracking stock movements accurately enabling timely re-ordering when necessary! Additionally they are expected contribute proactively towards creating strategies aimed directly increasing revenue streams which goes hand-in-hand maintaining accurate records whilst making sound financial decisions.
