SAP S / 4 HANA Change Lead Contract role Brisbane, QLD Are you an experienced Change Management Lead ready to drive a major SAP S / 4 HANA implementation within a large, complex service delivery environment? We have an opportunity for you to manage the change management strategy and execution for a key business readiness stream within a Modern ERP Program.
This role is crucial in ensuring seamless transition, maximising user adoption, and sustaining new ways of working post-go-live.
This is a contract assignment with a strong delivery focus, based in Brisbane, QLD.
What You Will Do Lead and drive the change management strategy, ensuring alignment with program goals and best practice methodologies.
Conduct Change Impact Assessments and develop targeted interventions to manage impacts across processes, roles, and technology.
Develop and implement comprehensive Communication Plans, ensuring clear and consistent messaging to stakeholders and employees about project progress and changes.
Facilitate Business Readiness Assessments, ensuring operational teams are fully prepared for the system go-live and subsequent support.
Track and manage resistance, collect adoption feedback, and ensure the sustainability of the change by embedding new ways of working post-implementation.
What You Need to Apply for This Role 10+ years of proven experience in change management and business transformation, specifically focused on SAP systems implementation.
Experienced in delivering large-scale ERP change programs, preferably within SAP S / 4 HANA environments.
In-depth knowledge of change management methodologies.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including experience preparing executive-level reports and presentations.
Highly developed interpersonal skills, strong emotional intelligence, and experience collaborating with virtual, shared business, and technical teams.
