Wound Care Specialist Position
The Wound Care Specialist will be responsible for managing a clinical caseload of 25-30 clients, providing nursing care including wound care, IV medication management and coaching clients on self-care strategies.

* Providing various nursing care services such as wound dressing changes and assessments
* Managing patient medications to prevent complications or side effects
