About The Opportunity
Are you organised, detail-oriented, and love providing exceptional customer service? Our Medical Reception team in Nowra support a wide variety of patients, speak with our doctors and referrers over the phone, as well as manage phone and computer bookings.
We are currently seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our clinic on a Fixed Term contract till Mid-August 2027. This is a Monday - Friday Full-Time position. You will be required to work between the Nowra and Ulladulla clinics.
As a Medical Receptionist, You Will
* Be the first point of contact for patients, handling face-to-face and phone registrations, bookings, triage, and queries.
* Manage payments, issue receipts, and handle billing and invoicing.
* Operate our booking system efficiently.
* Assist with back-office activities, including outbound calls, data entry, and reporting as directed by your manager.
About You
* Flexibility in working hours.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a dedication to patient care.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and tasks while maintaining timely service.
* Adaptability to various databases and systems.
* Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
