About the Role:
As our lead Recruiter for across APAC, you will be critical to our recruitment and talent management activities for our growing APAC region. We are seeking a passionate, energetic Talent Acquisition profession who has have experience in high volume industrial recruitment. Key Responsibilities:
* Trade Personnel Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for trade qualified personnel, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
* Talent Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future staffing needs in the renewable energy sector
* Onboarding and Orientation: Facilitate the smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are properly integrated into the company culture and equipped to succeed in their roles.
* Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support in accordance with company policies and procedures.
* Performance Management: Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning for trade personnel.
* Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate relevant training programs for trade personnel to enhance their skills and capabilities.
* Compliance and Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures, in all HR activities.
* Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and generate reports as needed to track recruitment metrics, employee demographics, and other key HR indicators.
* HR Administration: Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks such as managing employee files, processing documentation, and updating HR systems.
* Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance HR processes and practices within the company.
About You:
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders.
* Minimum 3 years recruitment or HR experience - agency and internal beneficial
* An advanced level of the MS Office suite of products
* Experience recruiting for a diverse range of positions predominantly in the blue collar space
* Experience in the renewables or resources industry would be looked upon favourably but is not essential
* Ability to work within a team, build relationships, with exceptional customer service skills
