About the Role
* Work with families in their homes and communities to provide intensive support tailored to their needs.
* Foster a culture of flexibility with part-time and casual roles available.
* Pursue professional growth opportunities through training and development programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement evidence-based interventions, including parenting strategies and practical life skills coaching to enhance family safety and wellbeing outcomes.
* Support families to access community resources, education, and employment pathways.
* Engage in early intervention strategies to improve safety and wellbeing outcomes through home visits.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver wrap-around support and ensure seamless service delivery.
* Document and maintain case notes in accordance with legislative and organizational requirements.
Desirable Skills:
* Proficiency in frameworks such as Circle of Security, Parents under Pressure, Safe and Together, and Shark Cage.
