About the Role
As a ‘Creative designer’ you’ll collaborate closely with the Creative Lead to conceptualize, and design high impact and compelling visual mock-ups for innovative, web-based playable ads. You will be responsible for researching and conceptualizing trending playable ads to keep our creative fresh and effective. Working closely with the Creative Lead, you will take full ownership of your deliverables, producing technically feasible ad concepts and mock-ups.
You will need to be a quick thinker, adapting to a fast paced AdTech industry setting, and would need to be proficient with using AI tools to automate and streamline processes. Your designs will directly impact performance of live Brand/ Advertiser campaigns and you will play an active role in the final production-ready playable ads.
Role Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Creative Lead and Playable Ads Developer to craft high-impact visual mocks and concepts for playable web-based ads
- Research and develop on trending playable ad concepts and formats
- Take full ownership of creative deliverables from concept to final execution
- Slicing and tailoring creative assets to meet the exacting requirements of the playable ads that will be used in live brand/ advertiser campaigns
- Utilize AI tools to automate and streamline creative processes, enhancing efficiency and innovation
- Ensure all concepts are technically feasible and align with campaign objectives
Role Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in Creative design
- Experience with web-based games is a significant advantage
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Canva
- Experience in Advertising, AdTech, Gaming industries highly preferred
- You’re comfortable experimenting with AI tools (eg. Midjourney, Runway ML, Sora)to accelerate workflows and unlock new creative possibilities - without losing the human touch that makes ideas resonate
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate across creative, advertiser success and sales teams
