Permanent Full-time position (working across Tuesday to Saturday)
All facets of managing and growing our vibrant store in Bunbury
Leading our volunteer team to deliver a memorable shopping experience for our customers
Meeting and exceeding sales targets
Recruit, train and support a dedicated team of Volunteers
What you need
- Minimum 2 years Retail Management experience with a strong focus on inventory and store presentation
- Demonstrated understanding of stock control management
- Proven retail fashion sales experience with a drive to succeed and achieve results
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities, tasks and overall expectations; a strong can-do and hands-on approach to work
- An ability to foster a positive team spirit and lead by example; inspiring action and passion for our greater Vinnies Mission
