Join our **Merredin**, WA team as a casual** Therapeutic Youth Worker** supporting children and young people in out-of-home care. Deliver trauma-informed care to help them build resilience and reach their potential.

**Duties**
- Provide daily care: hygiene, health, transport, education
- Maintain a safe, clean, and personalised care environment
- Document care events and progress accurately
- Use trauma-informed approaches and behaviour support
- Facilitate social, recreational, and community activities
**Skills & Experience**
- Valid Working with Children Check and National Police Check
- Current driver's license and flexible for rotating roster
- Relevant qualification, lived experience or trainee eligible
- Experience supporting young people with complex needs
- Strong documentation skills and trauma-informed care focus
