Job Description
- Develop and implement scalable and secure technology solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Ensure architecture solutions comply with organisational policies and industry standards.
- Lead the evaluation and selection of appropriate software and systems for projects.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies for solution delivery.
- Document architectural designs, frameworks, and processes for future reference.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and propose innovations to enhance organisational capabilities.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Solution Architect should have:
- A strong background in designing and implementing technology solutions.
- Proficiency in integrating systems and applications within diverse environments.
- Experience in the tertiary education or a related sector is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A solid understanding of IT governance, compliance, and security principles.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver projects within set timelines.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in technology, computer science, or related fields.
