About the role
Integrity Real Estate is seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join our team in Nowra, NSW. As a full-time Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring they are well-maintained with timely communication with clients. This is a crucial role that contributes directly to the success of our growing real estate business.
What you'll be doing
* Manage a portfolio of residential properties, including addressing client queries and concerns
* Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, working with tradespeople to ensure timely and high-quality service
* Conduct regular property inspections and prepare detailed condition reports
* Ensure prompt and accurate collection of rental payments, and follow up on any arrears
* Maintain detailed records and documentation in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
* Provide exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants
What we're looking for
* Experience in a similar property management role
* Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with landlords, tenants, and tradespeople
* Have a solutions oriented mindset and a willingness to take initiative
* Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
* Thorough understanding of residential tenancy laws and regulations
* Proficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office suite
* A valid driver's licence is essential
