Caloundra City Realty is seeking a reliable and practical Real Estate Maintenance & Handyperson to support both our Sales and Property Management teams on a 3-month contract. This role suits someone hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working across a variety of residential properties.
About the Role
You will assist with general property maintenance and presentation tasks across our residential portfolio, helping ensure homes are safe, functional, and ready for tenants and sale campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting with property preparation for sale including installing and uninstalling signage
* Attending scheduled appointments throughout the sale process including but not limited to building and pest appointments.
* General handyman and maintenance work
* Supporting Sales and Property Management teams as needed
* Liaising professionally with tenants, owners, and team members
* Identifying and reporting maintenance issues to relative staff members
About You
* Proven experience as a handyman or in property maintenance
* Physically fit and capable of undertaking manual tasks required in residential maintenance work
* Able to work independently and manage time effectively
* Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
* Well-presented with strong communication skills
