You will be providing advice and support to leaders across the business and ensure any issues are addressed, reported, actioned and closed off.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Support and assist the teams in every aspect of IR
- Escalate issues
- Ensure compliance with industrial relations legislation and regulations
- Assist and participate in managing disciplinaries and grievance issues
- Keep up to date with of any IR legislation changes and feedback
- Proactively monitor behaviours on site
- Assist leaders with employee coaching
- Guide leaders through performance improvement plans
- Assist with performance reviews
- Liaise with the Human Resources department on organisational development initiatives
- Assist leaders with the onboarding of new starters
- Assist and support leaders with workforce planning
- Deliver, with the support of leaders, effective communication of people related information to employees and site management.
