Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop eLearning and training content, including instructional strategy, course structure, interactions, quizzes, and assessments.
* Apply strong graphic design principles across layouts, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy.
* Create and maintain visual assets such as icons, illustrations, slide templates, and infographics.
* Build interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline.
* Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather, evaluate, and structure content.
* Produce and edit instructional videos using Adobe Premiere or similar tools (nice to have).
* Design assessments and evaluation tools to measure learning effectiveness.
* Incorporate stakeholder feedback to refine and improve course content.
* Ensure all learning materials meet accessibility, usability, and compliance standards.
* Open to working within European business hours (CET/CEST, UTC+1/+2) to maintain real‐time collaboration with EU‐based teams.
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience designing and developing eLearning content.
* Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline.
* Demonstrated ability to do graphic design, including layout, typography, and visual asset creation.
* Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
* Ability to produce and edit instructional video content (Adobe Premiere or equivalent preferred).
* Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Desirable Skills & Experience
* Experience with LMS platforms and course deployment.
* Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, or other eLearning standards.
* Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
* Animation or motion graphics experience.
