Job Summary
This is a challenging opportunity to lead the operations team at a Puma owned and operated terminal facility. As Terminal Manager, you will be responsible for delivering safe and efficient operations, ensuring production meets customer demands and requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage operational and contractual performance of joint ventures
* Oversee supply and manufacturing operations to meet customer needs
* Balance maintenance and capital works with operational and customer requirements
* Control operational expenditure to optimize business outcomes
* Implement operational improvements to drive efficiency and productivity
Key Requirements:
* Lead an internal operations team to ensure production meets customer demands
* Support third-party maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime
* Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Develop and maintain procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Manage safety protocols and regulatory compliance
* Schedule and plan customer manufacturing orders
* Act as representative for joint venture operations and ensure performance levels meet contractual requirements
* Mentor team members and contribute to a positive work culture
