Currently, the business requires a National Fleet Sales Manager. The National Fleet Sales Manager will be responsible for shaping and executing national commercial strategy - driving revenue growth, expanding market share and building deeper partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
* Work with the states to identify large corporate opportunities with a national scope to ensure the business has the most appropriate account management structure to maximise opportunities.

* Developing and implementing targeted sales strategies to increase market share.
* Management of a sales team. Mentor, motivate, and empower your team to achieve ambitious targets.
* Present sales insights and results to senior stakeholders.
* Oversee tenders, pricing strategies, and client contract negotiations.
* Oversee key account relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Key Experience and Skills
* In-depth knowledge of the Fleet Leasing industry
* Proven experience in fleet and corporate automotive sales, including business development.
* Demonstrated success in business development.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate sales and account management teams.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
* Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
* Previous experience putting together tenders and presenting to clients.
