**About the Role**
Reporting to the Business Support Manager your role as Administration Assistant is a newly created position, which will provide broad team administration with nationally disbursed outcomes. It is situated in the corporate Head Office, South of the city and offered on a full-time, permanent basis.
**Duties**
- Prepare and format documents and internal communications
- Book travel and accommodation
- Manage a shared mailbox
- Support Managers with formatting of presentations and documents
- Maintain an up to date phone and depot register
- Other administration tasks as required
**Skills & Experience**
- Excellence in MS Word and Power Point and competency across the MS Suite
- Willingness to work a full time, 40hr week
- High level organisation
