Meltemi Mediterrania is the Gold Coast's newest coastal dining destination, opening in the heart of Broadbeach. Inspired by the flavours of Greece, Morocco, Italy, Spain, Turkey, and Lebanon, our menu celebrates the traditions of the Mediterranean with a modern flair.
We are passionate about creating memorable dining experiences through fresh ingredients, bold flavours, and warm hospitality. To bring this vision to life, we're building a professional, motivated kitchen team that shares our love for food, teamwork, and creativity.
The Roles
We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic kitchen professionals to join our launch team. Positions available include:
Chefs (all levels)
As part of our opening team, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality dishes and maintaining the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in a busy kitchen (Mediterranean cuisine experience highly regarded)
Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and pride in presentation
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
A positive team player with excellent communication skills
Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive attitude
Commitment to maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
For Kitchen Hands, no prior experience is required — just a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
