Job Title: Risk Based Capital Advisor
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Risk Based Capital Advisor.
The ideal candidate will have experience in calibrating and maintaining risk-based capital models, analyzing data to produce accurate inputs and insights, preparing technical reports and presentations, and enhancing models to meet regulatory and business requirements.

As a Risk Based Capital Advisor, you will be responsible for managing data-driven projects from start to finish, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and communicating complex information to stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
* Calibrate and maintain risk-based capital models for Australian insurance entities and consolidated groups.
* Analyze data to produce accurate model inputs and actionable insights.
* Prepare technical reports and presentations to communicate results to management and the board.
* Enhance and develop models to meet regulatory and business requirements.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in actuarial science, statistics, mathematics, engineering, or related field.
* Progress toward or completion of Fellowship with the Actuaries Institute (or equivalent).
* Experience in actuarial roles within insurance, preferably general insurance.
* Strong analytical and statistical skills with proficiency in Excel and VBA; Python or SAS experience preferred.
