About The Opportunity

We’re looking for a skilled Trade Supervisor to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of Council maintenance and trade projects. You'll oversee scheduling, supervise site staff, manage budgets and materials, and ensure high-quality, safe, and efficient work across multiple disciplines. This role is key to ensuring our services meet community needs through effective project and team management.

About You

- Relevant trade qualifications and licences, including post-trade training.
- Experience in project management or asset maintenance within the construction or facilities sector.
- Demonstrated ability to scope, quote, and track projects, with effective client liaison skills.
- Robust leadership skills with the ability to build and support a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team.
- Proven experience in maintenance planning and scheduling.
- Competence in using asset management software and Microsoft Office.
- Sound knowledge of legislation and codes relevant to asset maintenance and WH&S; compliance.
- A proactive, cooperative approach and excellent communication skills.
