Senior M&A Manager International Transactions | End-to-End Deal Ownership | High-Performing Team
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a commercially sharp and execution-focused Senior M&A Manager to join a high-performing Corporate Finance team operating across international markets.
This is a hands-on role with genuine transaction ownership. You will run deals from origination through to completion, working directly with senior executives and managing external advisers across cross-border transactions.
This is not a support function. You will lead.
The Opportunity You will be responsible for:
* Managing and prioritising an active M&A pipeline aligned to strategic objectives
* Leading end-to-end transaction execution across M&A and capital markets activity
* Building and reviewing three-way operational and valuation models
* Preparing Board papers, Investment Committee materials and strategic presentations
* Coordinating due diligence, documentation and workstreams across internal and external stakeholders
* Engaging directly with advisers, counterparties and C-suite executives
* Supporting strategic growth initiatives and integration oversight

About You You will likely come from:

You will bring:
* CA, CPA or CFA qualification
* Strong financial modelling capability, including three-way models and valuation methodologies
* Experience running transaction processes and managing workstreams
* Ability to influence senior stakeholders and push deals to completion
* Commercial judgement and strong written communication skills
