In this role, you'll:
* Manage a diverse portfolio of clients engaged in technical, scientific, or high-impact commercial projects
* Lead client engagements — from early discussions and eligibility assessments to documentation and strategic advice
* Translate technical concepts into structured, accurate submissions and reports
* Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to a collaborative, knowledge-sharing environment
* Stay ahead of policy developments and contribute to internal capability and process improvement
* Play an active role in building strong client relationships and identifying new opportunities
Your Background
We’re seeking someone who brings:
* Around 5+ years of relevant experience — e.g. in R&D advisory, innovation incentives, or a mix of technical/consulting work
* Qualifications in Engineering, Science, Information Technology, Accounting, Law, or a similar field
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical ideas in a business context
* Experience managing client relationships and balancing multiple deliverables
* A collaborative, growth-oriented mindset — someone who values both independence and teamwork
