*your roleBe one of two Asset Managers in this business, who hold portfolios of around 150 tenancies. The team do work very collaboratively in an open plan environment and are broadly across each other's portfolios as back-ups. Be part of a close-knit team of six (including 2 support staff – an Administrator & an Assistant). The rent roll is predominantly made up of strip retail/hospitality, medical, childcare, supermarkets, LFR and office assets across the Melbourne metro area & regional Victoria. Leasing of commercial properties is not a major focus of the role, though both Asset Managers do provide backup support to me in this area, and should be confident in negotiating Leases with new tenants.
your advantageYou will have at least a couple of years' experience as a Commercial Property or Asset Manager previously.
