The Role
With long term contracts with respected clients, Firesafe is looking to enhance its portfolio by appointing a Business Development Manager / Estimator. This role will suit a multi-skilled, organized and self-motivated salesperson, who thrives on providing excellent customer service and who prides themselves on being part of a team built on delivering the highest quality of works. This role will be based in our Head Office in Bibra Lake.
Duties / Responsibilities
End to end management of all Special Hazards tenders and quotes.
Administration of major accounts, assisting the workflow pipeline and ensuring all quotes & jobs are followed up as required.
Maintaining records, filing systems, database & computer files.
Creation of project files and conducting detail handovers with project and service delivery team.
Assisting Project Managers as required throughout the project or service delivery phase.
Completion and reporting of finished works as required.
Skills and Experience
Experience within the Special Hazards and Regional Works sector of Western Australia
Wet and Dry experience highly regarded
Knowledge of codes and minor design ability highly regarded
High proficiency with full Microsoft Office suite
High level attention to detail
Co-operation & teamwork however
Proven planning and organisational ability
Ability to work autonomously
Qualifications & Experience
Five years sales experience, preferably in a special hazard, service-oriented environment
Ability to commute flexible hours to Bibra Lake
Eligible to work permanently in Australia
Ability to pass a current police clearance
