Business Development & Growth Manager Role

* Understand the market and build relationships with clients, their families, and stakeholders.
* Promote services, brand, and values through professional engagement, networking, and community outreach.
* Maintain a local presence by liaising with hospitals, GPs, allied health providers, and community groups.
* Identify new business opportunities and pursue them across referral networks, partnerships, events, and community channels.
* Review and participate in initial consultations with prospective clients to convert leads into active clients.
* Collaborate with team members as required.

They will be an analytical thinker with strong data and results-driven skills. They must also have high-level communication skills, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
