About The Role
As a Personal Care Assistant, you'll provide high-quality, person-centred care that helps our residents live each day with dignity and joy. You\u2019ll follow personalised care plans and offer respectful support with:
* Provide direct care in a dignified & respectful manner
* Deliver excellence in customer service to our residents
* Provide assistance with personal care/hygiene, daily living tasks & general mobility
* Emotional wellbeing and companionship
* Creating a warm, inclusive, and positive care environment to maximise quality of life
About The Opportunity
* If permanent part time, must be willing to work at least 6 shifts per fortnight
* If casual, must be willing to work morning, afternoon & night shifts
* If casual, must be willing to be contactable to fill shifts at short notice
What You Will Bring
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or Aged Care or equivalent
* Minimum 6 months experience after receipt of qualification
* Existing working rights in Australia
* A genuine passion to provide care that is person-centred
* The ability to work individually and in a team
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
