We're looking for a friendly and reliable Assistant Branch Manager to support the Branch Manager and team with a mix of office and on-the-road tasks. You'll help deliver and collect vehicles, prepare them for customers, assist with day-to-day branch duties, and make sure every customer has a smooth, positive experience.

What You'll Be Doing
* Ensure the smooth delivery and retrieval of vehicles for customers, aligning with both the Company's and customers' expectations.
* Providing support to the Branch Manager in team management issues.
* Be the escalation point for any day-to-day issues that need addressing urgently in the absence of a manager.
What You'll Bring
* Preferred experience in a similar role or within the automotive industry.
* A full and clean driver's license, a motorbike license is an advantage but not a necessity.
* Physically able to wash and prepare vehicles for delivery
* Exceptional customer service skills with at least one year of experience in a customer service role.
* Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
* Able to solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
