NOTE: This is a drive in and drive out role from NSW About the Role: You will be responsible for the preparation and cooking of bulk style catering to a high standard. Maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality standards. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver excellent service. Proven experience in a professional kitchen, with a passion for preparing high-quality meals Ability to manage kitchen operations during night shifts. Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices. Ability to work efficiently under pressure, maintaining high standards of food quality Professional attitude and commitment to providing exceptional service to camp residents Location and Details: Location and Point of Hire: Drive in/ Drive Out of NSW ️ Roster: 2:1 ⏰ Shifts: 11 hour shifts ⏳ Start Date: ASAP | Multiple Breakfast Chef roles available on multiple sites What You’ll Bring: Proven experience in bulk style food production environments (essential) Experience in crib, breakfast & dessert production in a remote camp setting. Have completed a minimum of 1 year in a similar role Hold a minimum Cert III Commercial Cookery certification Knowledge of food safety regulations and Food Safety Training certification (Essential) Current National Police Check (within the last 3 months) White Card- Mandatory Drivers Licence – Mandatory Ability to multitask and work independently within a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills If you’re an experienced professional looking for a career challenge in a supportive and rewarding environment, we encourage you to apply.
