Looking for work that feels meaningful at the end of the day - not just busy?
This local Bundall business believes occupational rehabilitation works best when people feel genuinely seen, supported and understood. Their consultants work at the intersection of health, work and wellbeing, helping individuals regain confidence, purpose and sustainable function following injury, illness or psychological distress.
Due to continued growth on the Gold Coast, they are expanding their multidisciplinary team and are seeking an Occupational Therapist, Rehabilitation Counsellor and Psychologist to join them at Consultant and Senior Consultant levels.

This is not a "tick-the-box" type of rehabilitation role.
You will be trusted to think critically, work collaboratively and tailor your approach to each individual. You'll have the autonomy to do your job properly, balanced with the support of an experienced leadership team who value quality outcomes over volume.
Your work will span physical, psychological and workplace-based rehabilitation, supporting people through complex, real-life challenges and helping them return to work safely, confidently and sustainably.

You will manage a diverse and meaningful caseload across:
* WorkCover
