Early Childhood Coach Role
* To work as a coach in partnership with educators and other early childhood professionals.
* To apply your speech pathology knowledge and expertise outside of a traditional clinical model.
* To work in unique, natural settings to promote positive outcomes for children.
About This Opportunity
This role will see the impact of your work daily through the eyes of children, families, and educators. You will be part of a national Allied Health team working in the early learning sector.
Skill and Qualification Requirements
* Qualifications in Speech Pathology or equivalent.
* At least 5 years' experience.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and coaching skills.
* Understanding of child development (birth to 5 years).
* Ability to document and report on performance indicators.
* Desirable: Hanen Learning Language and Loving It Certification.

Your Impact
* Implement evidence-based capacity building to improve outcomes for children and families.
* Collaborate with Centre Directors, Educators, and stakeholders to observe and support children's development.

* Participate in team meetings and contribute to team cohesion.
* Maintain supervision with the National Manager – Speech Pathology or Team Leader.
* Contribute to professional development, reports, and resources.
* Ensure administrative requirements are met according to policies.
