The Opportunity
KOR is on the lookout for a skilled and passionate Diesel Mechanic / Heavy Vehicle Service Technician to join our growing and high-performing Operations Team. You will be working in a supportive, respectful, and dynamic environment, reporting to the Team Leader – Technicians (NSW).
Core Responsibilities of the role:
* Undertake Mechanical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, and Electrical diagnosis;
* Complete major and minor services, and machinery overhauls;
* Assist the manufacturing and pre-delivery teams where required;
* Complete maintenance and component replacements, and rebuilds; and
* Expand and maintain customer relationships.
* On-call, field service, and interstate work may be required from time to time.
Successful candidates will have:
* A Certificate III in a related trade discipline;
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
* Prior experience in breakdown and diagnostic repairs;
* Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to work within a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
* A strong awareness and adherence to Work Health and Safety standards and maintaining a safe workplace;
* Self-motivation and ability to work independently as required; and
* Prior experience in high-pressure water and vacuum pumps (advantageous).
Mandatory Requirements:
To be eligible to work at KOR, you must have full working rights in Australia with no restrictions.
