Marathon is seeking a driven Estimator to join their Front-End and Pre-Construction team and play a key role in shaping how projects are won, designed, and delivered. Based in Marathon's brand-new Honeysuckle office, this role offers genuine career progression, exposure to major projects, and the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership from day one

Your New Job:
* Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for modular construction projects
* Be actively involved in tender meetings from the earliest stages
* Work directly with the Pre-Construction Manager, Project Managers, and Design team
* Support the estimating function internally and help drive best practice
* Use Procore to transition estimates into live project budgets
* Engage with clients face-to-face and attend site visits to improve buildability and cost certainty
* Manage deadlines, prioritise workloads, and perform in a consistently busy environment
* Contribute to innovation through AI-enabled estimating and design tools
What You Bring:
* Experience in construction or civil (Estimator, Project Engineer, or similar)
* Qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
* A proactive mindset, you take initiative and find solutions
* Strong organisation, planning, and deadline management skills
* Confidence working with clients and internal stakeholders
* Drive, resilience, and the ability to keep momentum under pressure
* A desire to grow your career and step into leadership over time
