Estimator Role
* The successful candidate will be a key contributor to a three-person team, responsible for preparing detailed estimates and leading quality control on commercial office and industrial fit-out projects.
* Key responsibilities include managing tender submissions, collaborating closely with the Director to maintain consistency and accuracy in pricing, and working towards excellence in estimating within commercial construction or fit-out.
This role requires experience in estimating, a tertiary qualification, and strong business acumen and solid construction common sense. As an experienced estimator, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our projects.
