* Salary: $84,659 - $92,701 pa plus employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
Your role
The role provides a broad range of administrative and secretariat services to support the Director, People and Corporate, and the division in achieving organisational objectives and ensuring the effective operation of the division. The role liaises with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director, collaborates effectively with other divisions, and actively participates in divisional projects to drive strategic outcomes.
What you'll do
* Provide high-level administrative support to the Director, including managing emails and calendars, prioritising communications from internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring timely completion of tasks to maintain efficient workflow.
* Assist the division across a variety of operational activities such as health and safety initiatives, travel coordination, procurement and purchasing, records management, and other essential administrative functions.
* Build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders, offering support in the delivery and implementation of divisional projects, programs, and events.
* Coordinate corporate reporting requirements by working closely with each Divisional Executive Administrator to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
* Organise and manage logistics for meetings, forums, and consultations including sending invitations, preparing and distributing agendas and minutes, scheduling follow up actions, and arranging transport and catering as needed by the People and Corporate team.
* Oversee the preparation and submission of Board Papers for the Audit and Risk Committee.
* Draft and produce high quality reports, correspondence, documents, and presentations with strong attention to detail and professionalism.
What we're looking for
* You are a detail oriented and highly organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
* You have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Extensive experience in providing administrative and secretarial support including arranging meetings, scheduling attendances, and identifying matters for follow-up.
* Demonstrate a strong awareness and appreciation of cultural diversity.
