Our organisation is committed to creating a brighter future for Indigenous children and families. The Children's Ground Approach prioritises systems change to ensure dignity, justice, and equity for all.
This approach focuses on national reform as well as evidencing new ways of working through whole of community and whole of life initiatives.
A unique strength of our approach is its reliance on First Nations knowledge systems and practice. This has been designed and delivered through the leadership of First Nations people over generations.
We work closely with local expertise to create integrated systems that centre on learning, development, and wellbeing, responding to key transition points from pre-birth to young adulthood.
This long-term approach recognises cultural, social, and economic strengths of our communities, building on these to ensure a future for our children and grandchildren with freedom, opportunity, and rights to their culture and identity.
