**About the Role**
As a Level 1/Level 2 Support Technician you will assist the BGC IT Services team with providing day to day customer service across the businesses within BGC. No one day will be the same as you support a growing organisation with a focus on continuous improvement.
**This is a diverse role with varied responsibilities, including, but not limited to**:
- Troubleshooting and resolving tickets that are received within the Helpdesk
- Providing remote and onsite/field support for the businesses within BGC
- Software installation, management and support
- Onboarding and offboarding of users
- Collaborating with the Asset Services team to assist with the deployment and relocation of hardware
**To be successful in the role we are looking for**:
- Tertiary qualification and / or strong and relevant industry certifications
- Demonstrated experience working in a customer service focused position
- Strong knowledge of IT related hardware and software
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
- The willingness and ability to take initiative and identify opportunities for improvement
- A motivated team player with a can-do attitude who is supportive of their peers
- WA Drivers Licence
