Ground Operations Trainer Role
A full-time position is available for a skilled individual to join our team as a Ground Operations Trainer. Based in Melbourne, this role involves training and developing Ramp and Catering Staff across various fleets.
Reporting to the Head of Training, Airport Services, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering ground operations training in all aspects of Ramp duties and aircraft turnaround for Saab 340 and B737 aircraft. Ensuring staff are trained to the highest level in accordance with standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements will be key to this role.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Deliver comprehensive training programs to equip staff with the necessary skills to perform Ramp duties efficiently and safely
* Maintain currency among staff through regular training sessions and assessments
* Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
* Develop and implement training strategies to improve staff performance
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of training programs
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum three years' experience in Ramp operations
* Minimum three years' Narrow / Wide Body experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Positive and professional attitude
* Organizational and problem-solving skills
* Cert IV in Training & Assessment or willingness to obtain
