The Chief Operations Office (COO) supports the CBA Group in achieving business imperatives through the delivery of effective, efficient, and continually improving operational processes. Core to the functions of the COO is a focus on customer. Every single process that we execute has a significant impact on customer experience. The Bankwest Retail Lending Operations team (under Retail Operations) is dedicated to running, improving, and transforming the processes that deliver products, services and productivity benefits to the Bankwest retail customers. Together, the Bankwest Retail Lending Operations team focus on providing an efficient and high-quality service with a clear differentiation in meeting and exceeding our customers' needs.
**Do work that matters**
Lead the change, business engagement and change strategy for complex change delivery, to achieve effective and sustainable change and business outcomes.
**Specifically, you will**:
- Conduct detailed change impact assessments that accurately reflect the change impact, including the impacts on the business, other areas of the Group, associated people risks and how these impacts will be managed.
- Plan and lead a comprehensive change management approach, developing fit-for-purpose change communications and solutions that deliver value and maximise change adoption.
- Manage the identification, and engagement of internal and external stakeholders, as well as resolution of stakeholder people-related risks and issues.
- Manage change transition and adoption through communications, engagement, coaching, training and tracking metrics, so that changes become business as usual.
- Design and implement business readiness tracking metrics for Change Management readiness measures.
- Manage the development of artefacts, including change impact assessments, change implementation plans, communication plans, stakeholder engagement, business readiness assessments and resistance management plans.
- Design and develop change collateral as required (e.g. presentations, training materials, communications and reference material).
- Contribute to the development of change objectives and measures of success and continuously monitor adoption and success metrics.
- Collaborate across RLO, Business Improvement and the Bankwest change community to drive knowledge sharing, learning and problem solving.
