About the role:
Exciting full-time Account Manager opportunity based in Golden Grove, responsible for driving commercial value and revenue growth for the AAC and Cemintel brands. The role manages important reseller relationships, leads strategic account plans, and partners with internal teams to deliver innovative, high-value solutions that maximise customer and business outcomes.
* Drive a strategic account management plan focused on revenue growth, diversification and long-term customer value.
* Manage budgets and commercial targets, using consultative selling to retain, grow and expand accounts.
* Build trusted customer relationships as the primary contact, resolving issues and coordinating seamless end-to-end delivery.
* Collaborate across internal teams to influence product strategy, competitive positioning and sustainable solution development.
* Prepare compelling proposals, negotiate complex contracts, and close deals that maximise commercial value and minimise risk.
* Use data analytics to track customer behaviour and market trends, identifying opportunities, managing risks, and reporting performance.
* Execute structured account plans and call cycles through CRM, while ensuring compliance with WHSE requirements.
What you bring to the role:
* Commercially strong with valuable business acumen and ideally a trade or construction materials background, bringing deep understanding of market dynamics, competitors, and commercial drivers.
* Proven relationship builder with a customer-centric, consultative selling approach and experience managing strategic accounts and reseller partnerships.
* Analytical and financially savvy, highly numerate with experience using data insights and financial modelling (including customer P&L) to drive commercial outcomes.
* Strong communicator/collaborator and confident using CRM systems and business technology.
